Outside appearances are deceiving. Service is at the end of the establishment. Great cabinet of food, I wanted to try all of them as they did look delicious. Concrete floor, mirrors on the wall. Had a cooked breakfast. This was plentiful and well presented and came with a good selection of breakfast treats. Choice of egg cooking style. I had poached and the egg was cooked so the golden lava of the yolk drizzled out. A hot raspberry hot chocolate - looked great with its pink tinge. The baked goods looked so good I took a raspberry and white chocolate muffin home with me. Service on the day was friendly. My only complaint was from my friend who reported the water glasses did not look very clean.As this is in the mall. Parking is plentiful around the area.Go here, I think you will be pleasantly surprised.

Awesome wee cafe. Great coffee and delicious food. Excellent customer service with friendly and thoughtful staff. Our two young daughters enjoyed the colouring-in books and toys provided.

A hidden gem. On a busy Saturday, great service, surprising and varied menu, cabinet food also looked yummy. Ordered the BLT, and it was delicious, bacon perfectly crispy, not undercooked as so many cafes do it, and an iced chocolate, also very good. Great presentation, environment, service and speed. Definitely recommended A+++

Nice food and friendly staff. Prices are ok and their breakfast are quite nice in quantity and quality. If you go for a walk at New Brighton market, take the time for a brunch there. Other notable thing, they have a real menu of quality teas, which is quite hard to find in town.

This was my favorite cafe but sadly it has changed hands, the new owner has no clue as to what locals want and the quality of options has diminished (probably because some supplies are sourced from the from the local free pantry ) I recommend Switch, the Honey Pot or any other establishment in the area for a good cuppa and a feed, we have awesome businesses but under the new management this ain't one of them

The veg and creme cheese filo was so delicious. The staff made us a fresh croissant to suit our taste which was just marvelous. It's hard to get a good hot chocolate these days but this one was perfect! The new caramel latte was also scrumptious and the staff so friendly. Nice and warm inside on a winter's day
