Was here nice and early at 6am, it is open 24hrs. Staff are friendly and all the facilities are clean and modern. The cityfitness app is a great little tool so you can still listen to the tvs etc through headphones. Along with free wifi. Ample parking and not too busy and everyone seemed friendly enough... It's been a while since I've entered one of these self torture facilities but compared to the gyms I used to be a member of, its head and shoulders above them...

Excellent and affordable gym. I've been training here while staying in Auckland for a few months. Staff are friendly and the equipment is up to speed. Like many gyms, there can be pressure to get to use certain equipment like the flat bench press and seated dumbell areas. Overall though you can't go wrong training here.

Bigger space but can be better arranged and it's pretty packed like costco most of the time. Don't see the difference between black and normal tags. Would be good to get some booking space or something to get value for money. As for black tags as i dont see a differentiation for premium I am paying.

Clean changing rooms, toilets and shower rooms. If a machine breaks down, it is fixed without waiting too long. Disinfection system and wipes are always replenished. And a very accessible location!

Great gym. Great friendly staff. Only con is some of the machines need to be checked, esp 1 of the 3 lat pull down machines. I advised staff about this on 2 occassions but it still hasnt been fixed. I dont wana come across as pushy so I left it as is

Wasnt able to bring a guest in during staffed hours because there wasnt any staff on. Walked out to say goodbye to my friend and then couldn't even get myself back in to work out.

Usually pretty good, especially compared to other city fitness locations. This has to be among the top 3 in Auckland IMO, spacious and no broken benches etc.Plenty of equipment to meet the demand. Tends to be a bit of a messy wreck after a holiday or long weekend but that’s not on the staff.
