These guys installed a garage door for us, and from the initial consultation they made the process so easy. Once we made our decision on the door we wanted, the order was placed, door arrived and installed on the day they said it would. The two chaps that installed the door were very professional.They arrived, installed the door and left the property as they found it clean and tidy. Thanks from a very happy customer.

Karen BourkePeople need to know that when you order a door off these guys unless it’s a standard size, and even if it’s their fault and they get the measurements wrong your stuck with it.Also pretty cunning they don’t have the size of the door on the invoice.Shame on businesses that work in this way. My advice is for anyone dealing with thisBusiness make sure you get something in writing regarding your order.Update on my new door I ordered a new door through a new supplier yesterday and I have it already. (no way would I reorder through this incompetent business that only opens its office between the hrs of 9-3pm Monday to Friday).

Highly recommend these guys if you are after a new garage door or repair of an old garage door. Have dealt with them a few times now and am always impressed with the efficiency, quality and exceptional customer service. Great team to deal with!!

Their maintenance communication is very poor. I understand they have a wide region to cover but they could at least communicate regularly with the client when there are delays.Had a problem with a door they installed 2 years ago in Levin that kept opening by itself even when the tenant was home. Security risk was her greatest fear. The tenant is an older person who feels nervous and.exposed with the faulty door opening by itself. It is a new property and Tremaine Doors we’re the installers. I would think twice before building again if Tremaine Door are the preferred installer of the builders I engage

Great service. Was able to visit us on the same day of enquiry. Jayden listened to our problem and was swiftly able to fix the issue. He even went the extra mile and applied CRC to the hinges and wheels of our garage door. Super impressed! And happy to use our garage confidently again.
