After a full year living in a house looked after the Property Management, I have realized that it makes your tenancy life easier. They look after finding new tenants, they deal with little issues and are the one that communicate with the owner.If you don't want all the hassle of having a lease but still want to get a house, I would highly recommend them. The person that look after us is Sarah and she is caring.

I have been through a few property estate agents, Sarah of property Management Specialists Queenstown, is the best property manager I have ever come across as her company name implies. She is really beyond my expectation as her services is very professional and fast in action. She did a splendid & excellent job in cleaning up the mess & damages left by previous tenant, in addition assist me to save major expenses for the cost of job to be done.Sarah is honest, efficient & very competent with expertise.She has our interest at heart and I would highly recommend to anyone who is seeking excellent property management services through her with a piece of mind.

I would NOT recommend Sarah Pewhairangi as a property manager to anyone ! She has absolutely no respect for potential tenants. She was rude and completely unreasonable, I would be horrified as a property owner to know she treats potential tenants this way. Sarah is hired to have the best interests of the owners in mind, and to treat ALL potential tenants with the utmost respect and care. These characteristics were not displayed in my interaction with Sarah which is why I have left this review.

I can't recommend Sarah highly enough as a property manager. She is excellent at what she does, is extremely helpful and always thinking outside the box for us. What I appreciate most about her is her promptness in everything. Thank you Sarah for being so awesome.
