Bad Customer service & communication skills very appalling.Poorly informed, didn't seem to have a clue.I definitely wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. Manners wouldn't go a miss either.

My car came out of with deep scrape on the back of my car I'm very disappointed it was not there before, the guy that's always there hard to understand not good at all with customer service tryed to ask a few questions got smart remarks, I'm not sure if the towing did the mark or it was done in the impound either way hope you can hope fix it instead of answering back and making smart remarks thanks

An employee here is a thief! Police have been notified and best hope things are sorted before theres a court case on your hands! I DO NOT recommend. Rude, disgusting little man.

There is a horrible individual who works there. Absolutely disgusting. Claiming my own vehicle as his own, and made up an entire story about how it was long gone when in reality this has been taken to the police and they are coming with me shortly to come and collect it.Better sort things out because I can assure you that you don't know who you're playing games with, and I'll ensure this goes far and wide across the Waikato.

Communication is not great, I was due to get my car from impound. Due to the wearhet and the cyclone gabtiel I can't drive to Hamilton to retrieve my car. And they said they will still charge me? I find this absurd and money hungry. Definitely give it a 1 start.

Absolutely amazing customer service and the crew here are incredible. Very punctual and always on time. I would recommend to everyone.

They get three stars because they are literally around the corner from me, police impounded vehicle but its not a normal 28 day suspension my rating may improve once contact is made....please be open Easter Monday? :)

My car came back with a bent front chassis after a long trip on their truck. Do not recommend for any valuable car. Even after I said to be careful with it.
