Very lazy customer service. Booked my car in for a 30 minute appraisal, they took no more than 5 mins and asked me nothing about my vehicle. Then said they’ll have someone call me with a price range offer, never got a call. Wouldn’t recommend trying to sell through this dealership at all.

I called to sell my car. The customer service told me the manager on site will call me back. Never happen. Poor service and not seem to care.

They are the bomb took my hybrid Honda there today and had an awesome experience They gave me good money fast and I felt good about the whole experience thank you so give them a call you won't be disappointed

The salesman I encountered here was not only unkempt and obviously lazy, he would have to be the rudest and most arrogant human being I’ve encountered. Undoubtedly the worst customer service that I have ever experienced. Makes me wonder how they managed to get three stars. Don’t waste your time with turners botany.

Great service from the manager Logan, brought a Nissan Juke in october which i love and came to find out after purchase MY break pedal switch needed to be renewed which is done now with couple of duscussions with other Well done loganstaff.

Terrible customer service didn't even try to appraisal the car completely rude with how he was speaking to my mother. There is nothing wrong with the car and it could easily sell for 3000-3500 but he offered 900 for it absolutely idiotic that man should be fired

Worst place for appraisal. Offered 1500 for my car with the exact same car that is 1 yeda older, 22000 more milage, worse specs on their website going for 7000. I said how is that possible? The guy said I struggle to see how ur car is worth more than 3000. I've put it online and already got an offer around 9000. Common guys. I understand If u offered 5, 6000 because u have to make money but 1500 is ridiculous. My car is perfectly working, it takes around 10000 to get a car with similar conditions to mine. I asked the guy how much u would be selling this car for if I sold it, he said its not worth over 5000 so it goes to auction and wouldn't make retail. I was like ok, give me cars around 3000 dollars similar to mine right now and I would buy however many u have right now. I can sell those off for 10000 and be a millionaire in no time. Genuinely ridiculous

very much unprofessional customer service. Went with prior booking to test drive a car. Because somebody is thinking on the car, they kept us waiting for half an hour and wasted our time. When we asked for the reason, they said what if you would go for a test drive and have an accident". Ridicoulusly stupid."

Thanks to salesman Chuk the service was amazing. No pressures and he went out of his way to find us the right car for our needs. No complaints here and has since been most helpful with our queries.Now have a lovely car very happy

the worst car purchase i’ve ever been through! brought a car online and they couldn’t even tell me the car had a problem. i made contact next day they said it should be fine to give a try and if there’s a problem they would take care of it. 3 weeks later car not sorted. absolutely disappointed how a big company could take advantage of people. and what’s worst is no one actually taking responsibility everyone throughs you from one person to another. and when you finally get to after sales manger she’s frustrates you, wastes your time, very rude. unprofessional.i would definitely never recommend you guys to anyone no matter how cheap or good your cars are i do not want to go the experience like this again and i hope no one has to go through it as well. loss of time and money and frustration and being without a car. SHAME ON YOU TURNERSupdateafter a long battle they finally accepted to repair the car and it has now been fixed.dealing with the after sales manger was absolutely nightmare. very rude unprofessional and she doesn’t even try to make u feel better about the situation considering the fact they knew it had pre existing issue before selling it on.christchurch branch on other hand have done everything they can as fast as possible to get me my car on road again and have always explained and made the effort to speed things up as they knew and understood no one wanna buy a car and sets beside it for almost a month to get it repaired.wasnt a good start but i now happy to have my car so thank you for getting it repaired.
