Referred by my GP took my 4yr old there. Good service, fast, efficient and professional. They are very popular back to back appointment every 15mins. A bit pricey 96d for under 5, however did the justice with the peace of mind and reputation.

The receptionist was a lovely friendly lady who was welcoming and gave a great first impression as I had not been there before .Olga was also friendly and professional, always checking to see if I was ok during the procedure. Gave helpful tips and made me feel at ease. All round fantastic staff/team I and would definitely recommend them without hesitation to anyone needing their services.

Never had my ears cleaned, the nurse pulled a big piece of wax out, I'm not sure how I could hear with this in there. Well worth it

I went in this morning with a very blocked ear. I walked out being able to hear clearly. Olga was efficient and empathetic. I only wish I had made an appointment sooner.

Cleaned out my ear and now I can hear the entire universe. Not painful at all. However only 4 stars because it felt really rushed and pricy for just 20 mins. Also, she didn't explain to me at all what was going on and just started the procedure, for someone that's going there for the first time, it's not very professional to do that.
