These guys were awful. I've used them twice but never again.1. They are very slow & give the impression they just don't care about you, your tawdry electronics or your business. = Poor customer service.2. Expensive!! At least 20-50% more than others3. They don't do a very good job, my daughters phone on which they supposedly fixed the screen, now glitches out.4. Their quotes are excessive and they quote to repair items that don't need repair. i.e. new hard drives. Fortunately I thought their quote sounded off - and took it to someone else. Problem fixed that day for a fraction of their quote!!I will never recommend them or use them again. Fortunately there are plenty of alternatives.

A great group to use. Very helpful and knowledgeable. left a message on answer phone and they came back to me inside 15 minutes. Made the job I required done less stressful for me and at the quoted price. I had a minor glitch which they fixed straight away. Thanks guys.

A brilliant Job. My 11 years old PC was not worth upgrading so I purchased a Dell rehabilitated machine. What really impressed me was that everything on my old hard drive, for a fee, was copied across to the new PC. When I plugged it in at home, everything ran as previously including my email program which ran without the need for any tweeks and all my folders were as before.

Fantastic, professional service! I brought my ipad in, which held precious memories of my grandchildren. Drew fixed my ipad, and now I can use it and access all those precious family events. Thanks Drew and all the team in the Leamington branch.
