My parents are here, it has amazing facilities including heated pool, spa, library, cafe with awesome food and an extremely cheap Friday evening happy hour! Staff are super friendly and helpful

Staff is caring, professional, and seem to genuinely enjoy being there. Every room here that I've seen has been clean, quiet, bright, and not bad smelling. I'm confident that my elderly grandfather has a much higher quality of life here than even our large family could offer him at home, because of the peaceful, predictable routine and the unfalteringly lovely, well-trained caregivers.

Very large complex, well laid out. Lovely rooms. Very friendly staff, everyone greeted us as we passed by. Lots of facemasks evident pre this latest shift to Level 2!

Found facilities a bit dated and unit layout did not appeal . Staff great and did show me the advantages of each unit to the best advantage.

Tidy lovely caregivers there and the lady was very helpful to us. Took a long time to sign in though due to the covid 19 information that they required however it was lovely to visit a family member, the TV going in the lounge was not so loud that we couldn't hear each other which was good.

My mother who lives here had a loverly time yesterday wednesday afternoon old time music and dancing organised by person in the flats. There were 9 of us. So great to use a client with her skills for the older people to enjoy. I went along as a support person it was great fun. They just loved the old war songs etc.irene
