My flat mates and I had an incredibly pleasant experience renting with B&T Pakuranga. Justin, the Property Manager, was efficient and professional with all matters which kept us at ease because we knew any issues were in more than capable hands! We did our best to ensure that any issues or potential issues regarding both the house and billing were reported quickly and Justin reciprocated those efforts by resolving them as soon as possible. Had a terrible experience with the agent at this place, was rude, unprofessional and showed no customer service care at all. We had a few issues in the house that landlords needs to be taken care of, and the agent took ages to reply, I had to insist to get my money back for a pest infestation treatment that I had to carry because the agent showed no concern, same with a few repairs that the house needed. the agent was rude and simply did not care, I have proofs of her unprofessional behavior.Simply the worst experience that I've ever have as a tenant, I do not recommend this agency.
