As a neighbour of a house they are developing, I am appalled by their approach- the noise, the practice- they have blocked our driveway on several occasions, the way the have designed the house- its foundation is almost at the top of our 1.2m fence. They have no care for the experience of the neighbours that have had to live through the short term tenants, having all out brawls at all hours, then the construction process where our houses have been shaken, berms destroyed from trucks. Its absolutely disgusting! Mr Love (as car says) has no love for the peace of privacy of neighbours who just want to live and relax in the houses they also bought.
