relax&move - exceptional furniture removals

I can recommend Relax&Move wholeheartedly.There was not a scratch or a crack on anything they shifted for me. I got good information beforehand, had regular contact and then on arrival Conway with his off-sider Darren, simply got down to business. They were careful, experienced and friendly into the bargain.When we got to the new house, they placed furniture in the rooms as requested and according to how the boxes were marked.Conway also put me in touch with someone (another client) to pass the boxes on to once they were unpacked. A great wrap around service.

Requested an online quote off the website. Clearly stating I just needed help with the heavy and usual items for a 3 bedroom house move - I would move the rest of the smaller items and boxes. Got an extremly rude phone call asking if I needed a written quote or what? I just said I guess verbal is fine... I was quoted $1200. Is this a joke?$1200 for like 4 hours of work MAX and just the big and heavy items.... honestly a joke of a company. Reading the replies to the other negative comments, they are completely unprofessional. For people looking for great service, I had 4 hours including a truck that ended up being able to take my whole house and 2 great workers for $681... contact WATTs removals!!

Conway and the team did a great job moving us.....ultra careful with our treasured gear...very respectful of my lovely lady who supervised the day and made coffees etc. You won't go wrong if you choose the guys great value.

These guys are the real deal. Totally professional and experienced movers. They took great care and knew exactly how to move a very precious 1916 baby grand piano. Exceptional service, great communication. Can’t recommend them highly enough. Great job, thanks Conway.

Relax and Move Whangarei moved and stored my piano and other large furniture items. They are expert movers carrying all the equipment needed. They are easy to work with. They moved my piano twice; the first move was difficult , but with their high level of skill, it was done perfectly. My furniture came out of their store in excellent condition

I cannot recommend Relax and move highly enough. Conway came to our rescue and moved our stone bathtub up some stairs, down some stairs and up another step into our bathroom, when others said it couldn’t be done! Made it look effortless too. Thank you so much :)

I hate the thought of moving, I have health issues that limit my mobility. Relax and move packed my whole house one day and moved it all the day after. Conway is very professional, all my treasured possession’s were treated and packed carefully. All the boxes were labeled which made unpacking a breeze. Settlement for my property was very late in the day which meant Conway and crew had a break in the middle of the day and were working in the dark to unload the truck. I would recommend Relax and Move to anyone, took the stress out of moving.

Moving day - dont you always dread that morning ! Conway and the team were just amazing - they made it look so easy. They didnt believe me when I said I was downsizing - but then we all realised that I was going to need more storage - eek - in the moment they were so professional, they worked with me to sort things out and did an amazing job. So respectful and caring with your possessions. Recommend 100% to anyone. Thank you so much for making the day so smoothly. I will use these guys again when my new house is built.

Excellent service, very friendly and professional. Conwell and Kayla took great care of my daughter's new piano. All at a very competitive price. I highly recommend them!
