It was a commitment, but the health benefits and the emotional connection with my wife is simply priceless. Mike was heaven-sent and he made it easy for us to choose the right spa pool (Vortex Mercury Avante) that fits our needs. User-friendly spa and lots of info online. Highly recommendable if you want luxury and pleasure combined. Why go for an out-of-town vacay if you have one at home???

We spent a lot of time researching & comparing spas as there are so many choices out there. Efficiency, low running costs, comfort, quality, depth and of course support were all factors.Peter @ Spa World was a huge help & there for us every part of the way. We settled on the Fisher7 & it’s been fantastic. Highly recommend the install package with stairs, chems etc- it made the whole process a breeze.

Just a heads up folks...........this place is run by some really dodgy people. I went into the shop in January last year to buy a swim spa. Got talked into buying the Jacuzzi, which I was told is the best they have. It must be the best because it cost $65000.00. Paid my deposit in February and it was ordered". Because of Covid I was told there would be a delay. The absolute latest I would get this pool would be November. Long story short

We purchased a Vortex Cobalt and from the minute we walked into the store to when we finished our wet test the whole experience was a pleasure. We dealt with Pete at the Sylvia Park, Auckland branch and found him to be extremely friendly, knowledgeable to the extent that we were going to have a look at another spa outlets but when we weighed up all the pros and cons with the Vortex range and the service from Pete, we decided this was the place we would like to purchase our spa from. I would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a spa go and talk to the team at Spa World before making the decision. Amazing experience all around. Great advice right frim the start with free test swim in the sylvia park location, quick delivery schedule confirmed and all got delivered in perfect condition. Also awesome flexibility due to our previous failure with another company called container pools. Thanks so much to Michael, Andrew and Sharona.

I would not recommend anyone buying a spa from this company. We've had ours for 3 years and have come to realise these are very low quality products.Within a year had to get all the head rests replaced as these starting 'bubbling' as soon as had any direct sunlight on them. Initially Spa World tried to blame us for this before finally admitting this was a 'product defect' and replaced them after a lengthy battle.Now we have a couple of LEDs out and worst of all our cover is completely broken as it leaks through every time it rains.They state on their website spa covers should last for 5-7 years but their's can't even last 3 (and only back this up with a 2 yr warranty).Have complained several times with no reply so have resorted to taking this dodgy company to tribunal to get this sorted.Shop elsewhere. There are other far more reputable spa companies that provide better products and customer service.

I would definitely recommend visiting Spa World if you are interested in buying a Spa. Pete was super helpful and made the whole process very easy and stress free. We are very happy with our purchase.

We went into Spa World recently looking to make a purchase but not 100% sure on what model of spa would suit. Pete at Spa World asked a few questions about what we would like and then showed us the options - lots to choose from. We finally settled on a Jacuzzi model and are very happy with our choice.
