Always ordered balloons and gifts from Fiesta Design. They are so friendlyand ready to help, delivery is on time. My all time favorite. Highly recommended A+++++

Response to owner at bottomMy order did not arrive until MID EVENT.Reasoning was that 1 balloon popped and they had to go back to their workshop to fix 1 balloon! Even though they were parked and ready at the drop off site. I ordered multiple bouquets with multiple balloons. Why did you not deliver the rest of them and then go back to fix the popped one later? You were already at the venue. Common sense.Multiple emails sent and owner is not understanding or empathetic at all.Response: I'm unsure what you are referring to as a threat. Perhaps it was mentioning in my last email that it would be my final attempt before taking this to the consumer commission. That is not a threat.Michelle, at no point did you even offer a partial refund. I found you argumentative and unhelpful. Things go wrong. That's okay. But the aftermath of this has been the worst customer service experience I've ever had.I hope you are nicer with your future customers. It's no longer worth my stress to follow up. I stand by the review and don't recommend your service or balloons.

Loved the filled balloon created for my dads 70th birthday. It was customised and made with love and the price was quite reasonable compared to some other lesser quality places I found on google.I had it delivered to my dads work just to embarrass him, but he brought it home and we had fun popping it and discovering all the goodies inside.Highly recommend Fiesta Balloons for that special gift!

Fantastic service ever! If you are looking for an event backdrop set up / decoration, Michelle from Fiesta Design Balloons is your definitely go to! I had a last minute request for my daughter's first birthday and Michelle absolutely nailed it! She is so easy to work with, flexible with venue set up (as we have to set up outside the venue first before they close for the other customers, then move the backdrop inside) and quick with backdrop set up.I sent my color inspo to Michelle and she did the exact matching. Everything was beautifully done.Highly recommended.

Michelle is a wonder woman - not only a lovely person to partner with, she is immensely talented. Fiesta balloons provides a wonderful customer service with a can do attitude. Her approach starts with 'I wonder how i can make that work' We gave her a very short timeline to work with & Michelle made it happen. Our sons 18th backdrop was super special & made for some awesome photo memories to treasure - thank you Michelle - will be back for our next event. Keep up the great work - you deserve to fly high.

Best customer service ever - I had a last minute request - 3 days before the birthday - and even though i thought it wasn't possible, they were very helpful - they messaged and said they can do it and it was delivered personally by them and kept me up to date to make sure they received the gift. 100% recommend and will definitely be back. My niece and family was very happy with the gift. So pretty and was more then what i expected - i just said pink and whatever they can come up with. Extremely happy with the end result!!!
