We Got a Sale! Quintin was professional and got the sale. We had a terrible experience with Ray White and Steven Liang of Manukau branch who we intially signed up this property and two others in Auckland. He failed to meet or get anywhere near expectations and was only interested in a sale.Quintin was more attentive, certainly more professional and did listen. I would use him again (but not Ray White). He was easy to talk to and got us a sale. The price was well below what we hoped for but that is the state of the market.He knows his stuff and is a good salesman/agent.

Seamless attention to detail and complete honesty. Quintin was exceptional. He supported the vendor and the buyer very well. He understood both parties needs and took the ethical high road when he spotted damp in a skirting board. This was addressed straight away and turned out to be an easy fix. I will come to team Q for future sales and purchases in the Bay of Plenty and have recommended them to all my friends. Thank you Team Q.
