I have recently purchased a Widex moment 400 ITE hearing add.I have noticed a huge difference from my previous hearing aids , I am very happy with the results. Thomas is very professional , as he explained everything clearly and easy to understand.

Had a listening session with Thomas before diving into buying some custom IEM. Holy dang, what a good time. Highly recommend so you can actually hear what you’re buying before you spend the money.

Thomas is passionate and dedicated to his work. It was a great experience from getting a hearing test to creating ear impressions for my custom mould ear plugs. I chose the ACS-10 for live sound engineering, very happy with these!

My experience with my new hearing aids has been excellent. Having had another brand of expensive aids which failed, I had my doubts about trying another brand entirely. However, they have worked out very well, and my hearing in meetings where various younger people tend to talk over each other is definitely better than with the previous aids. I cannot say it is as good as my hearing was before it started to deteriorate, but it is almost to that level. If only I had worn ear protectors back in 1959 when working in a steamship engine room alongside a screaming steam turbine, maybe I would not have needed correction. But I do, and thank Thomas for his care and attentionIncidentally, my new aids are rechargeable Signia Pure C&Go T 5AX - not that I know what that means, except excellence! These charge so much more rapidly than my previous European rechargeables - I guess that is progress"!"

I purchased the Widex TV-Play online from Acoustix Hearing Tech. The package arrived undamaged, set up and instructions were easy to follow. The unit works exactly as expected & makes TV listening much better for me and everyone else in the room. Pleased with the purchase, should have done it ages ago. Thx.
