Although we have always received great service, today was a total letdown. Checked their closing time before making the trip to post 3 parcels weighing 27kgs but they closed the doors and turned off the lights at 4. 35pm today with us along with another client standing outside looking in. If the hours have changed please update on google and signage on door.

The store owner and her daughter are beyond amazing. They are the kindest pair who treat customers like family. It's the week b4 Xmas and today my new EFTPOS card frazzled and she simply gave me the receipt and said come back when you're ready. Parcel went on its way while I sorted new PIN out. We travel past the Post Shop in town to Kuripuni Post simply because they are efficient..and polite.
