A great place to view art before auction...

This company needs to improve their communication with sellers of art choosing to deal with them. The contrast with Sotheby’s in London was stark. My dealings with them recently were disappointing. I will not use them again.

extremely bad auctioneering practise - from an online sales perspective - they keep accepting bidding yet the auctioneer has already dropped the hammer and verbally said sold" . Auctioneer needs to get one system in place and stick to it - loose the urge to drop the hammer (its a signal that the item has sold!) and allow an even amount of time at the end of each item before committing to the sale -- full and final .I experienced "fair warning" then hammer drop then verbal sold only to hear more bidding - never seen anything like it in 30 years of various auctions online or in person .In saying that - the staff were very helpful supplying additional information on items at such short notice ."
