Super fast service. The filter broke on my washing machine on a Thursday and I had my new part delivered by Monday. Super happy at how fast was sent from Auckland to Christchurch. I will definitely be a return customer when I need another part and would highly recommend them to others.

I contacted this company via telephone and email and was really impressed by their excellent service, perseverance in solving my issue and their advice, especially when I had contacted repair companies who said my coffee machine was too old to bother with. Ordered a new part for my vacuum cleaner handle. Had been hoping for a week off vacuum cleaning but unfortunately the part arrived the very next day after ordering:) Was amazed that you could even purchase the part let alone how quick and easy it was to order and receive. Will definitely be going straight to this supplier for future spare parts.

Highly recommend this company.good communication and prompt service. I needed a part for my washing machine, phoned and left a message and they phoned me back! Somehow I ordered the wrong item but they cancelled it and refunded me promptly. After ordering the correct item, it arrived only two days later.

My replacement parts arrived today for my food processor and blender. I have to tell you that I was delighted. The items were robustly packaged in individual boxes contained within another strong box. I love that you've taken the time to ensure that these items were safely delivered. A bonus was that it was much cheaper to replace broken parts rather than buy a new food processor! Thank you for the great service that you provide!

great service guys more people need to use this instead of putting things into landfill thinking they can not be fixed or able to purchase a part to keep something going. this is the second time i used this place once for hose for my vacuum and the other being plastic top for bowl of food mixer which i have had for many years it is so easy too use your site to find these parts well done
