Northpower Whangarei

Today I met a man called Warren who works for Northpower. He told me he's been so busy since Cyclone Gabrielle, he's been working between 6-7 days a week. These are the people that keep us all afloat (excuse the pun), & tirelessly work so that we have power. THANK YOU to Warren & all the team. You are absolute legends.

During yesterday's stormy weather, we had power issues we later found out that we had lost a phase to our property. We made contact with Northpower approx 1pm, as you would expect we were advised that they were very busy but someone would be with us this afternoon, by 3pm we had received not only a visit from one of their technicians but he has also resolved our issue. Great service thank you Northpower.

Northpower Head Office were very quick and helpful replacing a transformer for our fibre ONT ! Full marks for a Head Office to be so responsive.

A storm caused a tree to take down power lines on our property. We had several teams for different aspects of the job.All of these teams were efficient, communicated well with me, extremely polite and showed respect not only to us but also to our dogs. They would arrive and instead of being annoyed at the delay would patiently wait while I locked them up. I saw them carry on working in terrible weather to get the job done and when they left they not only tidied up but we had the bonus of a truckful metal put down for the large machinery to have access which we had been intending to do at some time in the future.Thanks to all you guys for your great work.

Hello, I have signed up with Megatel broadband and there sales person Bhavya is so amazing he tell me all the things how it's all work and he help to install the fiber as well to my place. Bhavya is such nice person and good sales person, I am exited to install fiber at my place.

Very helpful, professional & accommodating! I phoned Northpower about our temporary power supply & was reassured & advised accordingly. Furthermore I was pleased with the way in which our Fibre enquiry was handled, we received all the information we needed in the contract and we are excited to pay for Fibre to be installed to our street.

I was having huge problems with Pulse Energy installing a new power meter. Spoke to Lorelle Tronel of Northpower and the meter was installed within five days. Great staff member, great advice, great local company. Dave Edge
