Love this place! It's so refreshing to walk into an environment that celebrates every part of you, regardless of your age, size, background, gender, ethnicity, orientation, etc. I've battled some of those societal rules and constructs that come with my gender and ethnicity, and I've experienced first hand the backlash that can come with embracing those forbidden" elements of feminine energy. I love that this studio embodies empowerment

The garden was the first studio I learnt pole dancing in! From day one they showed me it was okay to be myself and be unapologetic about loving who I am, my body, being sexy, being strong. The instructors are amazing and knowledgeable. And the owners are two incredible wāhine. Book in ASAP, it will change your life.

Such a BEAUTIFUL studio! Welcoming, super talented instructors. Great location with free on street parking. High poles great for all levels. Would highly recommend! Can't wait to come back!

This pole studio is the best damn place I have ever been. Was super nervous signing up because I had literally no strength or fitness at all and thought I was going to be a total embarrassment but the instructors are so sweet and patient with everyone there, newbie or otherwise and the positivity leave you feeling so good about yourself at the end of every session. Highly recommend, Miki and Evie have created such an amazing place, couldn't have asked for a better pole studio

How refreshing to step into an environment where diversity is at the fore front - all ethnicities, bodies (small, big, tall, short - you name it), ages, genders, physical abilities and backgrounds are welcomed. Best of all there's no judgement ! It's a safe space for all to enjoy gaining body confidence and new skills. There are a range of instructors who are professional and talented - having so many instructors enables you to find out who suits your learning style the best, you can mix and match classes with different instructors and pick up on all the tips and tricks they have to offer. It's a win win. I'm so happy Lower Hutt finally has a pole studio ! Free street parking included. What more could you ask for. If your on the fence about giving it a go - get yourself to a beginners class and you won't look back. I haven't!

I love the Garden Pole studio so much. They have a good variety of classes and teachers and the vibes are always very positive and encouraging. The studio space is very slick with their website and social media to match. I always leave classes feeling like I have achieved something :)

Love this studio!!! Passionate and friendly instructors. The Garden Pole studio is such a beautiful studio to learn at. It has plenty of plants and sometimes even a quiet dog in the entrance to say hi to. They have a great range of classes to choose from beginner to advanced level. Would highly recommend!

started in May my first ever pole dance thought I might struggle but Miki made my first ever inversion look like professional. the vibe and the instructors are just all awesome, never have I feel so confident in myself. DON'T BE SHY COME HAVE A GO!!!!! U WILL FELL IN LOVE WITH UR BODY!!

This studio is so amazing! The teachers I have experienced so far having always been super encouraging and really helped gain my confidence with doing pole. I am so keen to keep doing lessons at this place. Its so beautiful on the inside, well decorated and the classes are small enough that it feels really nice. With being on the bigger side, it feels so nice to not have any judgement either and for them to create and nurture such a lovely environment is so wonderful.
