Fantastic service. Had to exchange and upgrade some items bought online and Nicola did it with a smile. Nothing was to much trouble and she searched everywhere to get the replacement items I needed. Good quality items and great prices. Mountain Warehouse definitely our family go to store from now on.

Purchased some slippers that broke. The staff was extremely unhelpful and refused a refund of their branded product

Went in to the albany branch to last minute the day before Matariki to try find some wet weather gear and despite not having it in that particular store the gentleman i spoke with (browing I believe his name was) was incredibly helpful and very friendly, I would highly recommend coming to this branch and I will definitely be returning, absolutely top notch service

I feel item selections are far less than the one at Dressmart.

I love this brand they are really there to make things affordable. On top of that, the items are good quality. Definitely recommend

It's our first time buying at mountain warehouse albany and not very happyFhey over charged us where they advertised they had specials we paid the original price when my husband went back yesterday he had to pay again for the same items to get te discounts they will credit us which we swiped our card for but still waiting for this amountPlease note not everyone has $1800 just to swipe for now We still wait for our $900 to be paid back to us and this was our holiday money which we are leaving for tomorrowGuess what tomorrow is a public holiday as well so not sure if we are going to see that money back by tomorrowTo make such bad mistacke is really terrible bad experience will never buy from your store again

Wide range of clothes. Staff are very friendly and assist you all the time. Aactor the manager is the gem of the shop. Good parking space available outside the shop.

The products appear to be good quality, but a the name says, the experience is that pd a warehouse and the store was upside down. We could not find what we needed nor the sizes, or it was just too hard, so we went down to other store who h may have been slightly more expensive, yet better quality (my perception) and without the need to dig around for the right products and sizes.
