Lighting Centre saved the day!! I was having a party and the outside light blew, they were amazing in that they ensured swift delivery. This was a lightbulb I could not find elsewhere and it arrived within four days. Thanks to them no injuries due to poor lighting - thank you so very much!!

Bought online 2 outdoor 'stainless steel' outdoor lanterns from The Lighting Centre. 6 months after installing them, they were covered in rust - which is of course unexpected. I sent an e-mail with photos to The Lighting Centre to tell that I was unhappy. I received an answer from Nial less than 30 minutes after, who did not make any issue recognizing it was a defective product and since the product was no longer available, refunded me immediately.Very impressive customer service, probably the best I have witnessed in NZ so far. I can only recommend them strongly.

Ben and Niall really know there stuff when it comes to lighting design. Very friendly and helpful. Whether it's replacement bulbs or a full house lot, I don't think you can go wrong with these guys. I always get fantastic service and they really do have some beautiful lights.
