really appalled by the service today at the counter by the girl with dark hair and flowers painted on her face. she was rude and had no friendliness or customer service. However the girls on the floor were lovely and made me feel so welcome

Horrible shopping experience. Clearly the store is understaffed, I've been to other stores and had great experiences but the albany mall was the worst yet. I was willing to spend a bit of money today, all I needed help with was a colour match for a new foundation. After walking around the store I could see the ladies were busy so I grabbed a few things & waited. After waiting for 15 minutes I finally got tired of waiting and approached the manager requesting assistance I was then promised a lady would see me after she serves a customer. I had no problem with this so I waited. For another 10 minutes I was not seen and the lady started helping another person. This is supposed to be a high end makeup store, the prices defiantly say so anyway. After being ignored I got tired and left. Not the girls fault but honestly if you know you're going to be busy invest in extra staff or else you will keep losing business.

Came in this afternoon wanting to buy foundation and asked for a color match, I completely trusted the staffs choice of color only to walk outside and see that it in fact doesn’t match my skin at all and is bright orange. So upset as I probably won’t have the time to come in again and it’s over a $100 wasted. Definitely staff training is needed.

Had the most amazing service from Maddy today. I needed a colour match and some suggestions for foundations and she was more than happy to help. Overall a lovely customer service experience

Girls on the floor were all lovely, including security lady by the door. However found the girl at the counter was not as friendly and somehow managed to lose even more warmth when I said I didn't want to become a member. She didn't seem to want to engage in any small-talk either.

Customer service is not good. I waited 20 mins - awkwardly looking at staff to engage with me and no one did. Finally I asked someone who had no idea about the products so she got someone else who again was not very knowledgeable. Disappointing as I then had to go to farmers to get everything I wanted.

I had an amazing experience getting a colour match by a worker called Emily today. Definitely the best service I’ve had at any makeup store.

Would not recommend stepping in that shop, shocked by the manager's attitude toward customers.
