We used Rob for our recent home renovation and he was outstanding. He managed all aspects of the reno for us which was a relief as we had never done anything like that previously and communicated clearly and effectively with us throughout the process. At all times we knew exactly what was happening and when.I can not recommend Rob and his team enough if you are considering any type of construction work.

Rob from Range Construction is a legend! He is super trustworthy and a wealth of knowledge when it came to remodelling our early 1900's villa. He has an eye for detail and was meticulous with every detail of the job. An excellent communicator and extremely professional, Rob was always on hand to talk through our vision for our home, offer great advice and we knew where we were at every step of the way. Rob worked on a renovation of my apartment and I cannot recommend him highly enough. He was extremely professional, a very clean and tidy builder and his communication with me was exceptional as I wasn’t able to be on site. He is a perfectionist with his work so I was thrilled with the results. On top of that he was absolutely fantastic to deal with as a person.

Range Construction did a very good balcony renovation at our house as our balcony was old and had been leaking. They brought it back to present day Building Code and also Rob project managed the job, with 3 other Coys involved. Really enjoying working with this Coy and would definitely work with them again and recommend them to other friends. Very professional and very trustworthy with a fantastic quality of work.

We've used Rob and the team a few times for work on our bach in Taupo, including a new rather tall retaining wall, drainage work and replacing a deck as well as some smaller jobs which we didn't have the skills to do ourselves.We have been delighted with the work each time. Rob really owns' the project and goes the extra mile to make sure everything is done on time and is super organised when it comes to sub trades and keeping us informed.
