Absolutely brilliant. Can't recommend them highly enough. Really enjoyed the informative commentary on Wellington in general and landing on the remote headland for scenic & wildlife photo opportunities was superb.

Terrible experience. Asked for my card details... this is NOT PROFESSIONAL at all. Once I had called the people with the card details, they texted me the card number saying it hadn't gone through. They even had the audacity to ask for the CVC number??!! NOT ON. I do not recommend this company at all, and I hope this is a warning sign to all future tourists, and people who are wanting to fly with this company.

Loved It!To celebrate a special day we thought a helicopter ride over Wellingoton would be an unforgettable experience and it was! We had a fantastic pilot and made us feel at ease and was great at pointing out the landmarks of the city to help us get our bearings from a new perspective. We would definitely recommend Wellington Helicopters. One and a flight for an awesome time. Thanks so much!

This was one of the best experiences I have ever had, the staff were out the gate Awesome, from the moment we entered the office until being helped out of the helicopter. This truly is a MUST do in Wellington. Experienced, knowledgeable and informative crew. THANKYOU.

Our experience last Sunday was magic and we're still buzzing! We thought the staff were all very professional, and our pilot was so informative and accommodating - even flying over our house in Island Bay so that we could get a photo of it. The stop around the coast to see the seals was an added bonus. The flight lasted nearly twice as long as we expected and we felt very lucky to have had this wonderful gift from a family member. It was a good experience because Wellington is gorgeous not because their service. The experience with their staff was very bad. I got told people who pay full price are given a choice of seat (they had given me a deal). Then when I ended up paying full for my flight I asked for that choice and I got treated very badly by one of their staff who raised his voice and started an argument. He started changing rule i.e., couples get a choice and you need to hire entire helicopter etc. This while it's wrong, could have been told nicely and without being rude. This ruined my experience. I feel differentiated. Yes they gave me a seat of choice because some of their customers didn't turn up (of course) but by then this had ruined my experience. There is no other helicopter service in Wellington so unless you really want to go for a ride, I would suggest avoiding.
