Always go to these guys because of the great staff. They never mind coming out to the parking lot to double check. Once, they even fitted the battery I had just bought! They couldn’t be more helpful. A trusted brand for me.

Didn't have the spark plug wrench i wanted as it was advertised in stock on the website at this store. Found a jelly belly car freshner i liked. Service friendly, but problems with the computer meant it was slow to put the sale through.

Ordered a part a month ago, they said it'd be there within 2 days. I contacted them and they say it'll be delayed which is understandable. Another week passes I go in and the older man (10/10 service) says it arrived but they can't find it and he'll sort something out. So the next day they say it was a error and they'll sort something out. I go online and it says it is in stock and I order it. They call me saying that's a error too. Now it's been a month and they still haven't notified me of the part arriving.

OK so I drive a 21 year old mercedes.. ..I needed a headlight bulb which happens to be a LED bulb.The price is 347 dollars. I had to go to my car and get my glasses in case I was missing the decimal point... no it was 347 dollars...pull out my phone...check FCP EURO in the United States for a price.. 55 US dollars each...convert to nz dollar...roughly 120...how does repco justify a price like that....and just to clarify the part from the states is oem..is narva really that good?Thanks for the computer generated reply from repco.. nice to get a corporate fob off...I know from now on all my parts will be coming direct from overseas...much cheaper and I hope the car guys out there do the same

Amazing staff in particular TREVOR an experienced mechanic who goes out of his way 100% to educate customers sharing his knowledge on troubleshooting problems with cars.
