The place was jumping and busy. I found the boot fit jeans I was looking and the assistant was very helpful and not pushy. She helped me out with my sizing and the jeans were a perfect fit. I was very happy. My first pair of Levis. And me an ex 70s wild child.

On Sunday I went into Just jeans after mentally preparing myself to try on jeans, (I hate looking for jeans!)I was immediately greeted by a very friendly and helpful young lady, she knew her Jean makes & sizes, she sent me off to the fitting rooms feeling excited about trying on jeans! (Something I've never been excited about!)When she was busy helping other customers another lovely young lady stepped in to help me.I wish I had got their names, Thanks guys for your absolutely awesome customer service!I'll definitely be back to buy jeans off you!

Went into just jeans this past Friday and was served by the lovely Ella (as it said on my receipt), she was so attentive in particular and all the staff were lovely! Keep up the awesome work team, will definitely be back!

Just want to say a huge thanks to the lovely lady today who helped me pick a pair! First shop I’ve ever been in (clothing) that have genuinely helped and I ended up purchasing the pair!! Now my new fav jeans. Quality is amazing and I walked out smiling, put me in a good mood for the rest of the day not having to squeeze into jeans and have the team members be so lovely. Thanks guys

Needed new jeans & was helped out by a great sales assistant. Lots of choice & purchased two pairs. Only thing not happy about was at the checkout, as the person (believe to be the manager) was not wearing a face mark & not wearing a face mask exemption. Your store asks for face masks to be worn, we are still at level orange, lead by example.

just wanted to let everybody know how impressed i am with just jeans riccarton customer service! a lovely young lady helped me find 2 pairs of jeans for my husband. i had no idea what i was looking for which definitely would have made it difficult for her. Yet, she still supported me and spent a long time helping me find the perfect pairs whilst maintaining a beautiful attitude. i checked the receipt and the lady who served me was a charlotte m. very impressed!

Me, 60, still wearing jeans and denim top purchased at this same store 6 months earlier, with exceptional service.It seems the wheels fell off at Just Jeans Riccarton Mall, I was yelled from across the room. Do you need help?"I did. I asked for jeans similar to what I was wearing. She pointed across the room at a wall display
