Unfortunately pretty poor communication within the business. When I booked in for a service and repairs the repairs weren't done because that message never got passed on to the workshop so now I have to book in again..... and my contact details got lost so never got called when it was ready. Won't be back

Great, no EXCELLENT service at the parts department.Went into get some plastic fasteners for a plastic cover under the Transit van and the mud flap.The guy went to the workshop and came back with a selection and said try these. I asked how much. Nothing!That would be why people drive to Gore instead of Invercargill for parts, services and new vehicles.Well done guys/girls, highly recommended.
