We subdivided our section leaving a 4 bedroom house on one half and Ritchie and his team built us a 2 unit apartment on the other half. It was not an easy build and not helped by changes that council required and covid. However Ritchie and team overcame all the required changes and we have ended up with something that has exceeded our expectations, well done guys! John & Betty Howey

Thank you so much for the fantastic work you have done on our extension! Our house looks amazing! We are constantly being stopped in the street by people walking past to tell us how beautiful it looks and what a seamless job our builders have done, noone can see where the old house finishes and the new part begins and thats no easy fete in a 1960s weatherboard! We love it!Right from the start when we were introduced to Richard via recommendation, he made us feel completely at ease. He knew our budget & idea of what we wanted, he worked within it and never tried to oversell us. We truly valued his & Petes opinions and the ideas they gave us all the way through the build. When the inevitable issues cropped up (not sure why we thought we would be any different than anyone else, especially in covid season!)
