Have left three messages to ring me at my restaurant so as to start an account. If they can’t return a call looks pretty sad. Will stick to Bidfood I think.

Always fast delivery, fresh produce and packed well.

I'm reluctant to share how awesome they are on a public forum because I don't want them to be overwhelmed with orders and delay my orders :-) However, these guys are straight out awesome.I used their home delivery service at the last L4 and I've used them for this L4. Their website is great, delivery is fast (in Auckland, next day delivery if you order before 10pm), they keep you updated and the goods are good quality and well packed.Since they are mainly a wholesaler, some of their stuff comes in large amounts but there is stuff that you would not be able to find at your usual retail foodstore. If you need something to occupy your day, have a browse through every category of their products list. I found it a complete hoot to think that I could order 1.5kg of hundreds and thousands, or half a LITRE of blue food colouring.

Really poor customer service contacted a sales person i just a want to open account he said ok ok and disconnect the call… rude

Just now i got a delivery from service foods ordered a ctn of crumble apple &rhuarb , got the delivery of only 1 outer of it and was charged $209.28.I told the driver and the driver got angry, .its not the first time this is been done, driver very rude,customer service hopeless.

These are A grade tomatoes at a price of $6.21 per kg plus gst.Quality of vegetables very hit and miss.Stock rotation and if u have seconds charge according and let the customer know.

Service foods, you superstars! It is clear that all the staff here  take great pride in what they do. The attention to detail is immaculate and they take ultimate care of all their clients. Since switching to this supplier after many recommendations, we immediately noticed the exceptional product quality and variety they provide, as well as the quality service they provide at every level of interaction; from order placement, to packaging, and delivery, right through to billing. Poor communication, poor service, lack of sincerety and lack of respect for there customers. Charged on invoice without sending product, written on the invoice out of stock. It's very simple, don't charge for that what you are not delivering. We are their customer for 8+ years. They have great trust issue. They do not maintain any credit history for their customer and worse part is that if you owe even a tinest amount they will freeze the account and stop delivery without realizing that their business is also relaying on their customer 's business. After giving number of calls you will get a lame excuse that it's their automatic system, which definitely needs an upgrade.Unfortunately there are not many suppliers around otherwise they would have been out of market ages ago.

Recently took over a business and sent out the account debit and new account forms they asked for . . I sent them out on the 4th of May and even called them to look at my application . . It has been far too long and we have been sourcing from super markets . . The business heavily relies on service foods but they are taking too long to process my information. Could someone please take a look at my information I provided? We need to order things for the business very urgently and the processing time is far too long . .
