I went to Fiona seeking a meal plan last year when I was 17 because I was struggling with my appetite and had become underweight, I was unsure if I had an eating disorder (I have recently been diagnosed with ARFID+ADHD) and so I had made sure I went to a nutritionist/dietitian that would have that option if needed. in the meeting she would repeat questions (example: what do I like to eat) and if I answered with I don't know" she would stare at me in silence for 10-60 seconds. then once she told me she suspected I had an eating disorder
