Friendly but gave incorrect information about a product they didn't have. Was advised to go on a wild goode chase to Henderson or Manukau for the item. Rang both branches who didn't have item. It seems Mt Roskill staff could've checked on computer but didn't bother.

Ordered photos 6 days ago via next day service. Paid but received no confirmation of pickup. I get there on the 6th day and im told printer doesnt work my order hasn't been actioned. No contact, no help. I needed photos today, the least they could do is call me to advise and i would have arranged somewhere else...bad service

When I attempted to return a faulty item that I had purchased online, the staff appeared to be unfamiliar with the return process and initially told me that they could not refund the postage. Even after speaking with the store's manager Aruna, I still felt like she was unwilling to help and did not want to bother with my concerns. Her response was dismissive and unhelpful. Overall, the customer service was disappointing.

Thank you Mr Jeevan for your excellent service. We purchased a display model vacuum and Jeevan cleaned the filter so patiently which was unexpected. We also purchased a dryer and didn’t experience the usual “pushy salesman” which we were happy with!

When it’s say Harvey Norman customer parking at the back, the staff at Harvey Norman won’t let me park there lol. Bad CS before I even enter into the store.But the staff in the shop was very helpful and friendly, review is to the dude who stood outside of the Harvey Norman car park

Just stepped in to buy headphones and was greeted by a consultant and he directed me to the right spot. However the cashier lady could use some training. while I was paying for my item she felt it's more important to talk to her colleague than finish serving me. I won't be back here.
