Noel Leeming Queenstown

Felt bad we disturbed the guy serving us, looked like he was really enjoying his conversation with his girlfriend and then annoyed he had to serve us.Almost everything wasn't even in-stock although they were on display, not sure what the point of that was.One female clerk was super helpful though, we were really grateful for her and she wasn't even working in the area we were in.

Had 6 staff 3 busy with customers 2 just using their mobile phones 1 just leaning against the counter. Took 5 minutes to get served. I know what I wanted but had to get the red tag removed to get it off the shelf. Very poor customer service the staff should pay attention more instead of using their mobile phones.

We had a washing machine delivered to Kinloch, Lake Wakatipu from Queenstown's Noel Leeming. The delivery driver, Connor, was such a lovely young man and is a credit to the company!! Well done, ConnorAlso, we purchased the washing machine through the Rangiora branch and Paige was absolutely delightful and helpful. Well done, PaigeThank you for being so wonderful you two

Terrible customer service. Came in to purchase a Dyson vacuum after seeing what they had online. The whole 10 mins I was looking and comparing not one sales rep came over to help. 2-3 standing around the corner chatting and 2 more walking around together when I left. Great news though I love my new Dyson that I got down at Harvey Normal instead. Was offered help twice there and vacuum box carried and put in my car for me too.

Very poor customer service. I went to buy a bag for my camera/drone and I showed Abby, the girl who works for NL. She took to this place where we couldn’t find the one I was looking for (even though they confirmed by the phone that they had in store). So I choose this one, where she confirmed that this was the price. Once I went there to pay, she charged me $90 Dollars!! I went back there to check the price again and I noticed that they didn’t even have one in that price range. The maximum was 70 dollars. So I went back and asked her to own the price. She denied and asked for her manager which said that they could give a discount. Which would be for 79.99. I again showed this photo and showed that they didn’t have any bags at 90 dollars price tag. And she said she couldn’t do anything, because customer change the locations of things in store. Again I asked to show them where this bag was originally then, because we couldn’t find anywhere with this price tag. Again I asked to owned the price, as legally they need to do, but they still refused. So I just asked for the refund which took a really long time as Abby didn’t want to work that day.Also staff not prepared to deal with overseas customers. As my accent was funny for the representative. The irony, in Queenstown, where everyone comes from overseas to spend their money.

Went in searching for a new MacBook today and was helped by Ethan who was really great and full of knowledge. I unfortunately didn’t purchase as there was none I wanted in stock, but I will return for future purchases based on the great service I got from him today. Thank you!

disappointedAfter lots of days waiting for my purchase, I had to have the refund of the money at the store claiming for it because there was no more stock of this product despite the fact that on the page it appeared that there was. But if I had not gone to complain to the store, I would never have found out that the product would not arrive. I do not recommend shopping online from Noel Leeming! Desaster

Poor customer service, we asked Joel who was a about a meter away from the product we wanted to buy to unlock it, but he was too busy on his computer and and told us to go over to the front counter to ask them. One of the girls left the counter even tho she wasn’t suppose to, to stand basically beside Joel to unlock the product. Next time it will be easier to drive to Harvey Norman.
