Good quality and value!

Very disappointed in the service. We bought a bed from House of Beds in February including a $1200 headboard. A few days after delivery we discovered the headboard had faulty craftsmanship. After phone calls and multiple emails to try and resolve this, we have not had any response or solution still. Very very disappointing.

Great bedding store with reasonable prices.

If Sarah Benjamin is talking about the rude gentleman at the Mt Wellington store, then she is not wrong. I did not shop at the store and after today's experience, I don't think I ever will. The store shares their carpark with Baby City and I parked there because I needed to get baby supplies which I had every right to do so. My mum went to the grocery store which she has every right too. When we were done, we were met by the gentleman and a woman from House of Beds getting ready to lock up their store to leave. Minding our own business while putting the baby in the car and packing our shopping, the gentleman pushed the trolley away and if it wasn't for my mum stopping it in time, it would've hit the bumper of my car. The man and the woman had the most rudest look on their faces and while getting ready to go into the car, the woman commented this is not the grocery car park" I replied I went to Baby City. Which again

We had only ever been mattress shopping once before and I wasn't looking forward to it. It seems very overwhelming.What's the difference between a $1,000 mattress and $15,000 mattress anyway? Can a bed really be that good?Helen was incredibly friendly and helpful. I was intending on just doing research, but we ended up purchasing!

Went in on Sunday 31st May 2020. Terrible shopping experience. Was served by a gentleman who was rude and obnoxious! He was really irritated and his responses reflected that. Absolutely disrespectful! Will never recommend.
