Previously bought lots from this shop. Great advice regarding car seat installation.However I bought an electric breast pump and when I got home it was clearly faulty. I took it back to the shop thinking I would get a replacement but without even listening to my issue I was referred to the supplier to deal with. They also suggested a YouTube video to help with troubleshooting. I don’t think I’m wrong in thinking it is not usually the customers responsibility to deal with suppliers when a product is faulty…The supplier was lovely incidentally but the whole process took a lot longer and more hassle to finally get a replacement pump.Pretty disappointed that I was met with that kind of after-sale response.I won’t be buying here again

Baby on the Move has been excellent with service, support and quality (and selection) of products. I’ve been very impressed with the advice I’ve been given around products such as prams, car seats, and other baby accessories. Baby on the Move are always willing to help with a range of questions and very adaptable to your needs. No problem has been a problem in my experience. Would 10/10 recommend

Had my capsule fitted, great service! Seat is super secure and i was able to purchase extras that i was missing. Worth paying the $$$ for a professional, especially as a nervous FTM!

Recently in Easter sale purchased a stroller online with collection at store. Upon pickup discovered it was not a compact travel stroller as described online. Store would not allow exchange for another stroller which would have meant spending more money in store. Was told product I purchased was end of line (remains full price on website), did not sell well and it was ordered in for me, despite ordering on national website - all points irrelevant to my transaction. Will not be purchasing Tripp Trapp, our 2nd car seat or anything else from here unfortunately.

Great store that is an asset to our community. The ladies have taken the stress out of finding carseats for all of my children, particularly when I was needing three across. Organising the hireage of two of the same capsules at once for my newborn twins that could fit with my toddlers carseat in the middle has been fantastic. Had the chance to try out different combinations and come up with plan. 100% recommend.

Baby on the Move Taranaki have very friendly and helpful staff! We purchased our pram package and baby bath here and we were really impressed with their service. I enjoy how they keep their Instagram page up to date with new products coming into store too!

The staff and service are great! Lovely shop with beautiful products available. We have always purchased all our Car seats from this store. Loaded with knowledge, friendly, helpful staff and of course having them fit your car seat correctly for you... it's a no brainer to get them from there!I have marked them as a 4 star purely due to location... if the store was in New Plymouth it would be far more accessible. But besides location I can not fault this store and their staff ....amazing!

Great shop. Delivery is always fast and if there is any potential delivery issues they will call you to see if they can offer a substitute. Also going in to visit the team they are lovely and knowledgeable especially when it comes to carseats
