Very professional and they keep you up to date on everything they do so you're always aware. By far the best communication I've ever seen from a business in NZ. I wouldn't hesitate if you ever need them, even if you don't live nearby. I sent my console all the way from Auckland.

Poor communication and service when I bought stuff through trade me.Sorry couldn't reply to your reply bellow. I have emailed you the same day I bought stuff, u didn't reply until next day. Then I have advised you in email and orgaised 22nd Friday before 12 pm for pick up. I arrived at address and called you multiple time and left voice mail as the shop was closed. I specified in my email 22nd Oct and you said we close 12 pm. I was there from 9am till 9.30. You never called me back from the voice mail either. Then I have to call you again to orgaise picke up on 26th Oct. I reached there and you were not there and the person there said you are back until tommrow 27th. I advised I have called you and need to pick up which he then went to your office and I did the pick up. If you need the call timing and email that I have sent you, please let me know. Hope you learn rather than defending your mistake.

Great people and fast too, was a bit of inconvenience when nobody was at the business when I went to drop off a ps4 bust that aside would 200% recomend if your anxious about accidently ruining ya pc or console and don't know anyone skilled that can do it. Only reason its not a 5 star is coz I haven't fully downloaded cyberpunk yet (it was merciless on my ps4 in the past)Edit.. I played CP for a few hours and silent like a elevator fart. I kinda miss the jet engine fan
