We went in to have lunch with a friend and my son and we found lots of good food options, and one of the staff members went the extra mile, and gave my son a set of pencils and paper.Will come back, keep it up :)

Nice coffee and selection of cabinet food available. We find sometimes the staff don't always get your order right: ask if you want cream/yoghurt/heated but do the opposite. Great selection of menu items which change seasonally.

A hidden gem of a cafe in Upper Hutts Mega Mitre 10 behind the rail station. Has great coffee and tasty breakfasts, brunches and lunches. I can recommend the eggs Benedict with salmon and spinach. Deserts are also good as is the service. You should note most hot meal services stop between 2 and 3 pm.

Quite a nice place. It is at the back part of Mitre10 Mega where the garden section is. Good selection of food, friendly service and reasonable prices. It is always really busy in here.

My Mum and I visited Mitre 10 today and stopped at Columbus for an iced coffee in the almost 30 degree, muggy Upper Hutt summer. The iced coffees were more frappuccinos and unfortunately made us both very sick! Not sure if it was to do with the coffee beans or not as we both had different types of milk. This isn’t the first time we haven’t been too impressed with the coffee.

Great coffee, excellent food. Pastries and cakes baked on the premises. It's a favourite of ours since the make over/rebranding. Great service (very busy though as good expect for a good place) highly recommended. Take away is good and served in ECO containers as a bonus!

Apart from shopping in Mitre 10, couldn't resist a brunch. Enjoyed a Colombia Breakfast & Strawberry Shortcake Pancakes with Mochaccino's.
