EDIT:After communication with Geof @ Takapuna Tax Services, they have apologised and cleared up the lack of communication. Although my services have since moved elsewhere, they definitely admitted their shortcomings and made a huge effort to rectify the situation.Original review:After agreeing my tax requirements weren't very difficult, setting up for GST and sending end-of-financial year documents to Takapuna Tax... I haven't heard anything from them for 2 months.I really only wanted to know what my EOFY tax obligations were likely to be, so I could budget accordingly and over 2 months, I was given an answer of Don't worry as your first repayment isn't required until next year.."I have engaged them 8 months ago and all they have done is register me for GST.Do yourself a favour and go to SBA Accounting elsewhere."
