Jeff completed a pre-purchase inspection for me and was very thorough and professional. He patiently answered all my questions and identified 3 issues that I would never have found myself. Have used their service twice now and got the best advise from Jeff on what are the reasons to buy / not buy the house. JEFF'S knowledge about build quality, history of builds and issues is vast. I found the attention to detail fantastic and his advise helped me avoid a major mistake in life as a first home buyer and equally buy the right house! Happy days.
