lodged a redirection form with change of address - staff would not accept an official download of a passport...........but accepted a DL with a photo that looked nothing like me .........and when I asked how they identified me she said - I looked at you??now tell me how you verify a person by the eyes only ( mask worn) from a very out of date photo and long hair to short hair PLUS multi coloured hair to white?? and not accept a passport downloaded from an official site??

Horrible customer service. I got there before closing time and staff member refused to receive my parcel but they did to the person before me.
