Having dealt with this agency since 1992, I have nothing but positive words to give them. They have gone out of their way to provide a friendly, professional service every time and this now extends to all the extra hard work they have been doing lately sorting 2 tours cancelled due to Covid. There was no experience. Rude service and wouldn't look up flights for me because she wouldn't make any money from it. Terrible customer service. Won't be going back there again.
