I haven't even got my boots back yet, but 10/10 service because they actually got out a Dremel and took out a stripped screw I had broken on my Nintendo Switch controller just, at the counter, immediately. It's fixed and I've got it open again which is what I needed. Completely unrelated to boots but they gave my weird question a shot right there and then!

I had shoes that I was ready to throw out because they were so uncomfortable and run down, but I brought them in and they made some recommendations and saved them from the rubbish pile. They've never been so comfortable and they should last me so much longer now.

Fantastic service. They went above and beyond with a boot zip repair. They modified the last tassel I had so I had a matching tassel on each boot. And the zip repair is solid, after trying two other places that put in zips that failed. All for $20!
