Celine Dion - Wow from the moment Jan picked us up till our return the following day it was relax and enjoy. and so much to enjoy. first surprise was an up grade at the Hotel, picked up and delivered right to the door of the concert venue. Celine Dion was Spectacular, Rocky and Amazing. we sang, we danced, we sat back in the most excellent seats just off the stage. Next day Jan took us on an extra sightseeing tour of the Auckland bays. The wintergardens until rest time when we turned for home. This Zealandier Tour was so enjoyable with a friendly relaxed group. Thanks Jan.

Booked a Hobbiton and Rotarua tourWe left an hour later than specified timeAt hobbiton the tour we booked offered a dress up photo opportunityThat didn’t happenAt Rotarua the tour booked offered a Maori museum tour and a traditional haka performancethat didn’t happenOur tour also offered Kiwi bird viewingThat didn’t happenIt was an eight hour tour and we were given snack bags but no opportunity to get lunchI totally understand traffic, staffing shortages even weather conditions affecting the tour however there was no forthcoming information that we would miss 3 major tour items that we expected and one of the reason we choose this tourReally disappointed

Jan and Steve are perhaps the most lovely people we have ever met!! Jan was so patient and accommodating with our many cruise ship port time changes, and last minute switcharoo. Steve did a complete shift of his entire day to meet our tour requests, and we will forever be grateful for this. Steve was absolutely hilarious and gave us such a warm NZ welcome. Of our 19 days on vacation through NZ/Tassie/AU, this was by far our favorite. If you're going to the Port of Tauranga, Zealandier Tours will take great care you! Meet you right outside the ship, comfy van, sort out the tickets, and narration from a local- what more could you want?! We had the best day ever!!

We used Zealander tours to go to Hobbiton and Rotorua sightseeing tour. From booking, to arriving by cruise ship and being greeted at the port, to the tour itself, everything was provided with the utmost professionalism. Our tour guide, Rolf, was entertaining, very knowledgeable, and we felt lucky to have him as our guide! Guides can make all the difference, and Rolf was a 5star guide! Transportation was good, surprised when got on the bus to find a very generous snack bag! Would highly recommend this company!

Carol & I recently travelled with Jan to see Celine Dion at Spark Arena in Auckland. We had excellent seats at the show and Celine was brilliant.From the time we were picked up at the door to the time we were dropped off home again Jan went out of her way to make sure everyone was having a good time and nothing was a problem.We would be very happy to join Jan and Zealandia Tours again.

We adored Stephen! Extremely knowledgeable, personable, smart and a great sense of humor. We had 7 or 8 cruise-provided tour guides during our 16 day cruise, and Stephen by far outshone them all. Highly recommend for private or group tours. Thanks Stephen

I took my children on a multi-day tour with Zealandier Tours, visiting the Waitomo Caves, staying there overnight, then boarding the train for the Volcanic Plateau. Jan our guide picked us up at the other end of the rail service, and drove us to our accommodation 'The Chateau'. After a small break she then took us up to the top of the road and helped us get on the chairlift which takes you up the Mountain. She came with us up to the Knoll Ridge Cafe, which provided stunning panoramic views. The children and I found a hill to toboggan down, and it was just a really lovely way to end the day. Jan was very hospitable, and went out of her way to ensure everybody was well catered for. I would definitely travel with Zealandier again.

Superb Tour!We are currently on a cruise of NZ/Aus with the Celebrity Solstice and wanted to visit both Rotorua and Hobbiton when berthed at Tauranga. Celebrity do not do such a tour so we were worried about taking a 7 1/2 hour tour which might jeopardise our return to the ship. Zealandier reassured us so we booked before leaving the UK. What a great decision! This was a superb tour, well organised and they even provided a very good snack lunch to eat as we travelled. Not only did we have a concert at the Maori Village, see the geysers and visit the tremendous village at Hobbiton but the trips in between were through interesting countryside. Our guide Robin was really excellent. Best excursion we've ever taken after many cruises in different parts of the world. Well done Zealandier!

Recently went on the Hobbiton tour with Zealandia with my partner and a few other fellow cruise passengers and it was the most brilliant experience!Our guide Stephen was fantastic!We were just expecting to be taken to hobbiton and back but we were all guided around areas on the way to hobbiton, told amazing information about New Zealand and the different areas.Taken to a beautiful waterfall, kiwi fruit farm and other scenic areas. We were amazed with the service they provided!Would definitely be touring with Zealandia in the future and you should consider them first for any tours they provide. You won’t be disappointed.Worry free, we were all back to the boat with hours to spare.

We've done a number of trips the last couple of years with Zealandier. Jan's attention to detail is incredible. WOW in Wellington, Great Barrier Island, Forgotten Highway, East Cape, Chatham Islands and very recently Taranaki Rhododendron festival. Loved every moment of our wonderful adventures.
