Unreliable service. Booked pickup and return to the airport. Received confirmation and pickup times/information from the company via email. No one was at the airport when we arrived and tried both phone numbers and no answer. The van did arrive about 20 minutes later. On return to the airport we had an early morning flight. We went outside the hotel about 5 minutes before pickup and waited and waited. Again called numbers but no answer. Worried about flight we called a taxi to the airport. Totally unacceptable. I travel frequently and this was by far the worst airport transportation situation I have faced. If your travel is time sensitive, do not rely on Scott Airport Shuttle. It’s worth the extra 20$ to take a taxi! At the very least they could invest in a mobile phone so stranded and abandoned customers can reach them!

Unfortunately you have to give at least 1 star for a rating. If I had my way, there would be none! Booked a shuttle for my partner and I to catch the first flight on a Monday morning. No one here at 5:15am. By 5:25 I was panicking and calling to find out where they were. Managed to get through on someone’s cell and woke the driver up. He had no booking for us and knew nothing about it even though I had confirmation the Friday before. I called Blue Bubble and they picked us up and got us to the airport in time. Totally saved us as we would have been out thousands of dollars had we missed our flight and connection in Auckland. Would NOT recommend this shuttleservice to anyone. Spend the extra to get a taxi.

Fabulous service. Great communication throughout. I booked travel from the airport to the center of New Plymouth after arriving from the UK. Ian was there to collect me and help with my bags. A very efficient service. Would definitely recommend. Many thanks.

Shuttle never arrived for pick up,tried to ring driver no answer !! Had to find alternate arrangements last minute and flight missed, won't be using this company again.
