Felt very comfortable on my first visit here. Made to feel very welcome after a long day. My hairdresser Ava was amazing. She advised me well, listened to my wants and needs and done an incredible style that suits and I feel great. Im definitely going back even though it will be a 2hr drive, it's worth it. Thanks so much Vivo Ashburton, I have re- booked and looking forward to trying something else new. Great salon, atmospheric and service. Very happy.

I love going and seeing the team at Vivo Ashburton. Lisa has been doing my hair for 3+ years. And my partner gets his hair done there too. Great value for money. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.Highly recommend going and seeing the team.

Average service. The hairdresser had booked me down for something completely different than I had asked. As a new client I didn't even receive the full welcome package that I had wanted, simply because I was 10 minutes late. The hairdresser said that because of that reason she can only do half of the package as she was busy and would not have time to do my full hair as I wanted. She only had one client besides me and was not busy as she said to me earlier. So I don't understand why that should have made a difference as I was her only client after that? I also had said that I am going overseas and want everything done today. I was refused that as I was late by 10 minutes. I was also misinformed as I had clearly asked the hairdresser that if I came back I would get my full hair that I wanted and no extra charge would be added as she only did half of the whole package anyways of the new client welcome package and she said yes. Then later she said that I do infact have to pay extra as she could not do it that day. So I was only given half the service and paid more than I should have and on top of that I was misinformed about the prices by the hairdresser. She kept changing the information and didn't seem to know and had to keep checking. She had more than enough time to my full hair. I am very unhappy with the service I received and especially as a new client that was not a good first impression. I was then told by the hairdresser that I have to pay an additional amount on top of half the service I received, to get what I wanted in the first place. Quite frankly I was very offended and found that to be very rude when she informed of that. So I end up paying more than the new client welcome offer is worth? Not impressed at all. Will not be returning.
