I hired my wedding dress and bridesmaids dresses from here. Karen the store owner was very helpful. I tried on over 2 dozen dresses with no extra charges. The store has cocktail dresses, ball gowns, shoes and veils too.

Absolutely amazing service! Karen was the best. I went in here with no expectations, and they were exceeded tenfold. I ended up buying not only my wedding dress, but also my bridesmaids dresses! Beautiful dresses, at amazing prices. Highly recommend this shop, especially if you're a bride on more of a budget than most. They look high end, but don't cost the earth!

Bridal and Ball Albany deserve a super special mention. I had every brides worst nightmare - my original and much loved dress was ruined 3 days before my wedding by poorly done alterations. They promised to fix it by the day before my wedding but I didn't want to take the risk of being without a dress and decided to get a back up dress" in case. I went to bridal & ball Albany with the intention of renting a dress as a back up. I ended up falling in love with a Jadore dress that fitted perfectly off the rack and I liked it better than my original Venus bridal dress. Bridal and ball were aware of my dress situation and were helpful and sympathetic and went above and beyond to help me. I felt beautiful on the day."

Gorgeous, excellent quality dresses at very affordable prices. I got a gorgeous dress that would've easily been a few grands elsewhere at a fraction of the price.They have assorted veils and flower girl dresses as well. Highly recommended

The lovely Lady who owns this store is amazing. She is not only knowledgable but also very kind and makes you feel extremely comfortable. Finding my wedding dress was THE biggest challenge for me of organising the whole wedding. I'm not the best shopper in the world, but in I went, feeling very trepidatious.....and out I came with a dress that I had endless compliments on. And not from a naive crowd, there were fashion designers and stylists present. I expect they all thought it was a $3k dress....little did they know it was genius hire from a store with a plethora of options. Plus the sneaky little wedding belt that added that divine touch. I HIGHLY recommend this store if you want to look a million dollars on your big day.....but wink, wink smile it for less ;-)

Great service and a wonderful selection of wedding gowns my size to try on. The quality of the gowns was impressive considering they all sell for under $999. I love that there was no charge to try on and no appointment required.I highly recommend this store especially for brides on a budget. Love the dress I chose!

The prices are amazingly good with a huge range and all sizes. Really relaxed and enjoyable experience with the help of the lovely lady owner. Found exactly what we wanted at a fraction of the cost seen elsewhere. Highly recommend.
