Recently visited this winter season to look at snowboards and boots. Awesome experience, particularly with customer service. Sales assistant Cam was super friendly and really knowledgeable, and all round made for a good experience. Great team, great range of product.

My husband and I bought E-Bikes at this store.We were served by Jack who assisted us with all the things we needed to get us on the road, such as a bike rack.Onto the bike shop where we met with Fabian who built our bikes and fitted our new kick stands and upgraded seats- he was knowledgable and friendly and went the extra mile.Jack and Fabian also fitted our bike rack to our car!These guy are an asset and made our experience awesome! Thanks guys!

Came in for a look at some snowboarding boots. Declan went above and beyond to try heat moulding my old boots and then helped me find the right boots. It was as good as it gets in terms of customer service. Cheers mate.

Bought a bike 1 1/2 years ago. No spare parts available anymore. Fixing cost for new chainset half the price of buying the bike new.

Great personal service from Kurt…was looking for ski boots and he was extremely helpful and referred me to a specialist fitter for a perfect fit. I’ll be back for the rest of my ski gear from Kurt and his team. Very professional and caring service.

Such good service from Connor when we were flopping around like stunned mullets trying to make sense of the range of snowboards. As intermediate boarders who have only rented before we had no idea about what might be right for us and Connor took the time to understand how we ride, explain the differences in the boards and help us to make the right call on what boards to get.When one of the boards got damaged and we went back they were again super helpful and gave us advice on next steps even though there wasn’t another sale in it- they just wanted to help.We always like T7 but this time was above and beyond!

Poor customer service with no follow up. Order a product that was apparently in stock, waited 4 weeks with no communication to then be told the products not in stock after waiting that long. Staff need some decent training on using their emails or cellphones to communicate. Wont be ordering anything in future from this store.

On the 3rd of Jan I tried to purchase a paddle board from Torpedo7 in Wanaka but they had sold out but the sales guy told me that Torpedo7 Remarkables may still have some then I was jerked around by two women on two separate calls from their call centre so very annoyed I decided to drive to Queenstown and was pleasantly surprised when I walked in and met great guy named Kurt probably the best salesman I have ever meet after explaining what had happened he sorted me out a fantastic deal and sold me a paddle board and vest once again thanks Kurt you're outstanding.
