Poor customer service, guy who served me didn’t smile, mumbled to the point that I had to get him to repeat what he had said. They had run out of bags?!? Very disappointing

Click and collect was terrible. Was told the order was ready so went to collect it and 1 item was not there. Didn't here from them so phoned up 5 days later, got mixed messages, but the last item was ready to pick up and had been in the store for 4 days!!! Emailed their customer service" and got a generic reply 10 days later. Good price and quality on the goods but poor communication and service."

Clean tidy store, no staff interaction the whole time we browsed. The frying pans and stock pots were too expensive for us at the time even with the half price and 40% off sales.

Briscoes seems to have got nicer, which is... nice. I was in on the long weekend, which made it busy. But, thank the stars, they had more than 1 person on check out, so the line didn't go all the way to the back of the shop. Good visit

Bloody ripoff, Visited the store twice today and got to know that Sale price promotions do not match the prices on the computer, they continued ripping off the customers by charging them extra bucks. I had to let CSR know that please don't rip me off, please match the price, which is displayed on the shelves. Sadly they had to do both times. I imagine how much extra dollars they charged from innocent customers who do even check the price on the computer screen before paying. Highly disappointed. Won't be buying stuff from this store anymore.

Briscoes at the base, always found the staff helpful. Have a good look at the tickets for the product, customers move stuff all the time. We visited on Anzac day, easy parking at the base.
