I would like to report of the extremely rude customer service. Due to arriving at BP just after closing. I recieved an abrupt intercom announcement. I went to speak to the person as I needed some urgent support and they completely ( 2 of them) abnoxiously ignored that I was there. They were getting ready to leave, however this was extremely rude. I understand there are people who may be rude to customer services at 10pm at night. But this was unacceptable.Constructive feedback : Please acknowledge people, even if you are in a rush to leave. It's extraordinarily disrespectful to ignore on purpose instead of speaking to them properly if they are in need. ( No matter if you are due to go home in 5 minutes time).Respectfully I understand that I arrived after closing. But I do not accept to be answered like that, nor ignored.

Got a couple of pies when getting diesel they could definitely be a bit hotter, good pies though.

Good service, easy access in and out, plenty of pumps, excellent coffee ☕️

Just another fuel station, but above average

I found the staff friendly and the place clean .

Never was much of a BP fan but their coffee and app makes life so much easier. With the app I get the receipts emailed to me instead of trying to remember where I put the paper version (for accounts). The single origin organic bean coffee is really nice and I haven't yet had a bad coffee from mosgiel, dunedin, timaru or rolleston BP.

Good petrol stop. Food OK but coffee could be better....

Not sure if it's particular staff but lately they seem to always close the store before closing time. Listed as 10pm but got turned away by staff at 945pm.

Does a great coffee most of the time. Their fridges seem to be broken a lot though, and one time I tried to use the toilet but the lock wouldn't work and when I tried to force it, it broke. So I tried a different toilet but there was a policewoman in there and she wanted to arrest me for barging in on her but I told her that she should have locked the door as the lock in that one was working just fine. Anyway, they have lots of pumps, there's a car wash and they have diesel out the back. Most of the staff are all good but a few of them are really chatty and seem to love a yarn.
